Print World’s roots date back to 1986 when it began as a specialized regional show under the name Print Ontario. Nowadays, held in Toronto's bustling downtown area, Print World is primed to be the biggest graphics arts industry event of its kind and the ideal opportunity for the North American market to see the new products announced at Drupa.

Although being dedicated to commercial printing, the Print World fair extends far beyond the traditional "printer," reaching other sectors of the economy with interests in print, and focusing on areas of intense technological innovation, including:

  • web-to-print
  • inkjet
  • large-format
  • on-demand
  • digital printing
  • variable printing
  • new print applications e.g. photobooks
  • automated finishing
