Exhibition Stands Stuttgart published

Dear all,

I'd like to share my experience with Triumfo International which was the worst I've ever had with a stand constructor.
If you think about working with them, please, think about it twice and run away!

Congress we were attending was starting on September 17th, Triumfo first requested us to pay for an extra build up day.
According to what they were saying, booth construction was supposed to be done on Friday 13th.
When I arrived on site on Monday 16th, at 3 pm, our booth was all over the place!
So we paid for an extra day set up for absolutely nothing!

No one from the Triumfo team was on site to help, only the construction team, an other company, that is working for them.
Communication between the two teams was a disaster and all the information I gave to Triumfo before build up were not communicated to their construction team!
Triumfo provided very used materials, cheap furniture and painting, wrong wall fixations for TVs, one of the TV screen had no remote and we couldn't get the TV working, flooring was broken, walls printing hasn't be done as per the agreements we signed, furniture wasn't furniture listed in the agreement.
And on top of everything, we paid 90% of the booth's price before the congress and 10% remaining balance to be paid at the booth handover.
While the congress started, I advised Triumfo that the 10% payment was in process within our company.
Last day of the congress, Triumfo threatened me by saying "If we do not have proof of wire transfer within the next three hours, we won't be dismantling the booth after the congress".
I think that kind of threaten is absolutely miserable.
So to recap, Triumfo is probably the worst stand constructor to work with and the team's behavior is everything but fair and ethic.
