Project Station

Project Station is an Australian exhibition stand builder designing, manufacturing and installing custom exhibition stands from our own workshops in Sydney and Melbourne. We've been building since 2011.

Every stand is designed around your brand, your floor plan and your objectives rather than adapted from a hire kit, in shell scheme or raw space, from a three metre frontage to a full raw space build with rigging and integrated AV.

We manufacture in house. Cabinetmakers, joiners and finishers on our own payroll, working in solid timber, veneer, melamine, acrylic, glass, metal and upholstery with in-house CNC machining. Nothing subcontracted, so the crew that builds your stand is the crew that installs it, and one project manager owns the job from brief to bump out.

We know the build rules at ICC Sydney, MCEC, BCEC and venues nationwide, and handle electrical certification, rigging approvals and floor loading documentation as part of the project.
