Our meticulous approach to event management is borne from our Directors’ own experiences client-side. Mounting frustrations and their inability to find someone they could really depend upon showed them that high levels of service and attention to detail were lacking in many event and exhibition agencies. Maxim was launched to redress the balance.

The truth is every live event is different. We work extremely closely with our clients to deliver the event and the results they need. With over 25 years’ experience, we’re able to draw on our extensive creative, logistic and management skills to deliver individual solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs. And we’ve gone all over the world, from London to New York, Budapest to Sun City and Dublin to Dubai, producing events for 15 to 15,000 delegates.

The company employs 20 full-time staff, plus regular event crews. Due to the complex nature of many live events and exhibitions, we will only work with crews who know us and adhere to Maxim’s high client and project management standards.
