Grupo Avanza has been encharged from the 12th to 14th of November at hotel NH Eurobuilding Madrid, in organising in Spain the HIMSS Congress (Health Information & Managment Systems Society).
We were encharged of all signing for each room and for the organisation of them were different meetings were taken place and exhibition. In the exhibition hall we place 15 booths in different sizes 3x2m and 6x2m. Each of them with carpet, electrical box, backlit reception desk, backdrop lighten up with led, furniture and audiovisuals.
